Friends of the Timothy C. Hauenstein Reynolds Township Library, founded in 2006, is a non-profit organization for people interested in books and libraries. The purpose is to stimulate public interest in the library, purchase library materials and support other cultural and educational programs in the area.
Mission Statement
Friends of the Timothy C. Hauenstein Reynolds Township Library advocate the development, growth, and improvement of library resources, services and facilities. Friends communicate to the community an understanding of library resources and functions. Friends enlist monetary and in-kind resources for the library from organizations, businesses and individual members of the community. Friends fund projects, mutually agreed upon with the TCHRTL board and staff.
Membership
The ideas and voices of individuals are needed to support and promote our library’s assets. There are many volunteer opportunities within our organization, and new members are always welcome.

Meetings
The Friends meet the second Wednesday of each month at 10 a.m. in the Reading Room at the Timothy C. Hauenstein Reynolds Township Library.
